On our most recent incident, Joel was able to reuse the lower bumper cover (do know the exact name...but it is a long black part in the undercarriage of the car) and save me a couple hundred dollars from the original quote. I would have never known if he had not told me. I appreciate them being ethical about it and kept the customer in mind first. Hope I don't have to visit the body shop again, but if I do, Frisco Paint will be the only call we would make.”
